Your Agreement with the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and o555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the o555 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the o555 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

o555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform or these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on o555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. o555 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all real-money gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal structure).
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by o555 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory programme to which o555 has access.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

o555 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account determined to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed with immediate effect. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original deposit source after all applicable investigative procedures are completed. No winnings accrued by an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on o555. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members.
• You must notify o555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• o555 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

o555 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

o555 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. o555 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, the deposit will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• o555 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. o555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 2–4 hours of approval
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Allied Bank): 1–2 business days
• SadaPay: within 4–8 hours of approval
• USDT TRC20: within 1–3 hours of approval

o555 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending a full investigation.

All bets placed on o555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below:

• All bets are final once confirmed. o555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may be adjusted by o555 at any time.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds caused by a system error or human input mistake — o555 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. o555 may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's specific rules as published on the platform.

o555 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets. The applicable maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a wager.

o555 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for immediate withdrawal.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x). The bonus amount — and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; slots may contribute between 50% and 100%; and certain games may contribute 0% as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• o555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players may only benefit from a welcome bonus once. Any subsequent account created by the same player for the purpose of reclaiming a welcome offer will be treated as a duplicate account under Section 3 of these Terms.

o555 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for all players. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders can be configured to notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling indefinitely may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on o555 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on the basis of non-public information
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent o555's risk management systems
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party
• Any conduct intended to defraud o555 or other players

All content on the o555 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and game mechanics — is the exclusive intellectual property of o555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written consent from o555
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the platform
• Using o555 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without express written authorisation
• Creating derivative works based on o555 content or game mechanics

Any unauthorised use of o555's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may be subject to civil or criminal legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o555 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities connected to platform use
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical faults, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond o555's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any inaccuracies in odds or game data caused by third-party data feed errors

Nothing in these Terms shall limit o555's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where applicable consumer protection laws impose non-excludable implied warranties or conditions, o555's liability is limited to the maximum extent those laws allow.

o555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

o555 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, date of birth, mobile number, email address, payment method information, and gameplay and transaction history. This data is used to:

• Verify your identity and age in compliance with KYC obligations
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bonus transactions
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and prohibited activity
• Provide customer support and resolve account disputes
• Communicate promotional offers where you have opted in to marketing communications

Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of those changes.
